Twin Arrows Navajo Casino opens after 15 months of closure

Twin Arrows Navajo Resort Casino reopens after more than a year

Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort, the largest gaming hotel on the Navajo Nation located in Arizona, has reopened after 15 months of closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The resort announced in January that it was temporarily laying off 1,100 casino employees.

While the resort was closed, all lovers of online casino and other gambling was hosted by Swedish operator Utan Svensk licens Casino, as users admitted, the most popular section at this operator is casino utan svensk licens med trustly.

The resort is reopening with strict regulations and security measures in place. It has also reduced its operations and its gaming floor has limited its opening hours, open only from 9am to 10pm. Players must stay within six feet of the property and the casino only allows 50% of its capacity.

The Twin Arrows accepts bookings, but hotel guests are required to check the temperature daily. Those with a temperature above 100.4 or above are not permitted on the gaming floor. All players, hotel guests and staff are required to wear masks on the premises. Guests will also be screened and staff will be tested regularly for COVID-19. The resort bar will also reopen this week and the restaurant will open next week.

Excited players are welcoming the news on social media as some are sharing their enthusiasm in comments on Facebook, saying they can't wait to get back to the casino and play the machines. Davillia Davison said: "We should go here instead of Vegas! Yes! "

Navajo Nation hires

A job fair was held last weekend at the casino, which is getting ready to open. The Navajo Nation Comptroller's Office will hire workers and interns to participate in the tribal assistance program, holding three more job fairs this week.

The job fair takes place today at the Shiprock Chapter House in New Mexico from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Other fairs will be held at the Chinle Chapter House in Chinle, Arizona on Wednesday, and the St. Michaels Chapter House in St. Michaels on Thursday, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

The Navajo Flowing Water Casino in Shiprock, New Mexico, also opened yesterday with restrictions.

Navajo vice president wants tribe to thrive again

In a recent online statement, Navajo vice president Myron Lyser said: "The reopening of the Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort underscores our support for Navajo businesses and the reinvestment of the Navajo Nation in the local economy."

Lyser also said the reopening will ensure that people from the Navajo community find employment to meet their daily needs and those of their families. The reopening of the resort will generate income for the entire country. He said during the pandemic, casinos were closed across the country. Now they are carefully reopening, ensuring the safety and welfare of their community members, guests and staff.

Some operations at the casino resort will remain closed, including the pool, fitness centre, bingo games, Grand Falls buffet, Four Worlds Arcade and valet services at the casino.
